Following iterations in Musée des Arts Decoratifs in Paris and Dallas Museum of Art, the exhibition « Cartier, Islamic Inspiration and Modern Design » opened at Louvre Abu Dhabi.
This fascinating exhibition reveals how Islamic arts have influenced Cartier's creative design and stylistic development. An amazing example of collaboration in the arts, held in a stunning museum dedicated to the dialogue between cultures.
Magic Bird has been commissioned to offer a true immersion in Cartier’s creative process and inspiration. A show punctuated by various performances by the opera singer Fatima Al Hashmi, Mathieu Forget, and Sadeck’s dance orchestra.

We were honored to collaborate with Auditoire UAE and Luxury Makers Arabia for the opening of the Women’s Pavilion by Cartier at Expo 2020. A pavilion celebrating change-makers women from all over the world, and showing that when women thrive, humanity thrives. Among the highlights of this spectacular celebration under a huge 360° dome (the world’s largest projection surface…), an amazing recital by Khatia Buniatishvili, a thrilling ballet in synchronization with the projection, by Diana Vishneva, prima ballerina at the Mariinsky Ballet and Denis Savin, principal dancer of the Bolshoi Theatre, and an impressive performance by the Sudanese-American poet and activist Emi Mahmoud, celebrating the strength of women.

This reveal of the new Tag Heuer Carrera Porsche Chronograph watch was a wonderful opportunity for Magic Bird to work on an immersive device where the dancers interact with a graphic universe, in an anamorphic cube that blurs the landmarks and redefines the stage space.

An evening of 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 and 𝒎𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒚, the Piaget Wings of Light collection was showcased in Hangzhou China at a special gala dinner imagined by the agency K2 Asia. The evening took place within a venue transformed into a tropical oasis with cascading waterfalls and luxurious foliage to fully 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆 guests in the environment that inspired this collection.

Which ongoing movements in history are likely to worsen if we are not careful? Loosely based on Jacques Attali's essay A Brief History of the Future, this film and installation portray the world that awaits us.
Directed by Laurent Perreau and produced by Maneki Lab / Magic Bird, the film made its debut at the Louvre in Paris as part of the exhibition « A Brief History of the Future ». It was shown in an immersive room, featuring L’Ombre, a fragment of Rodin’s work recovered in the rubble of the World Trade Center, and Fondation, a work by Ai Weiwei made of stone foundations from centuries-old Chinese halls.
Ai Weiwei designed a contemporary equivalent to the Greek agora, where visitors were invited to sit upon the bases of the pillars and reflect on the future while watching the film.
Thanks to Patrice Lesot and the Chaumet teams for trusting us with the production of window displays and mapping in one of the brand's boutiques in Hong Kong.
